Update:

Great customer service and communication. Got a refund on the tape (probably the unlucky one) and been easy process.

First review:

Beautiful print but tape doesn’t cut clean compare to other washi tapes from the shop. Maybe I got unlucky one but it isn’t usable at all. Contacted seller but haven’t heard back.
